When you schedule your time slot we have committed that time and room to you. Please please please make sure of your date and time before you make the deposit. Late arrivals will reduce their own time. You have purchased a specific time slot not an amount of time. If you are late we can not extend your use of the room.

Your deposit will hold the time slot for your group. You will only pay for the people who participate. Make multiple appointments for larger groups or book our large room.

Yes...the staff will do their best to help you have a fun experience. For any group of 5 or more a 15% tip is automatically added.

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult. The adult will be responsible for the minor. Small children can participate but our safety gear will not properly fit them. Therefore, the adult must make sure the child has gloves, a hoodie, and good shoes. 

YOU MUST COME DRESSED APPROPriately

All participants must come dressed to smash by wearing full coverage clothing. 

The following is acceptable to wear:

Sweatshirt or hoodie

Jeans or sweatpants (NO HOLES, NO LEGGINGS, AND FULL LENGTH)

Sneakers or boots (MUST HAVE CLOSE TOED SHOES)


IF YOU ARE NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY $3 FOR A DISPOSABLE JUMPSUIT.



If you are late or start late you're time will not be extended. You have purchased a time slot.
